OUR VACANT HOME STAGING PROCESS
1. Initial Assessment
We will meet with the home seller or realtor to determine their vacant staging needs. After the assessment is complete a complete vacant home staging plan will be developed.
2. Pre-staging
We will make recommendations about cleaning the property, clearing out dusty areas, and we will even make paint recommendations to make sure we capture the vibe we are going for with the staging plan!
3. Staging
We will initiate the vacant home staging plan developed from the assessment. It can take up to 6 hours to fully stage a vacant home or property. Once staging is complete, we will recommend a professional photographer in your area.
